information points, which will provide the residents with

complete or develop their education, but most of all it shall give
an impetus to young people and encourage them to extend
knowledge. Access to modern technology is a visible
opportunity for the whole region; people who are given the
educational base and permanent Internet connection will be
encouraged to go for self-dynamic development.
